YOA provides 3D printed products and custom design services. All products are made to order and manufactured in Australia using high-quality materials.

• Colors may appear differently on different screens
• Dimensions are approximate and may have minor variations due to the 3D printing process

3. Orders and Payment

Placing Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

4. Custom Orders

For custom design orders:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Quotes are valid for 30 days
• Design revisions may incur additional charges
• Final approval is required before production
• Custom orders cannot be refunded once production has begun

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this website, including designs, logos, text, and images, is owned by YOA and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Customer Designs

When you submit designs for custom orders, you represent that you own or have the right to use the designs. We are not responsible for any intellectual property infringement in customer-submitted designs.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to all locations within Australia
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

7. Returns and Refunds

Standard Products

Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Custom Products

Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect. Claims for defects must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
