Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take? +
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 2-5 business days for major cities, 3-7 days for regional areas, and 5-10 days for remote locations. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 AUD within Australia. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $9.95.
Can I track my order? +
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on our carrier's website.
Do you ship internationally? +
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We're working on expanding to New Zealand and other countries soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified!

Products

What materials do you use? +
We primarily use premium PLA (Polylactic Acid), which is eco-friendly and produces excellent detail. For certain products, we also offer ABS, PETG, and resin options. Material choice depends on the intended use of your product.
Are your products safe for children? +
Our standard PLA products are non-toxic after printing. However, small printed items may have parts that could be a choking hazard for young children. Please check individual product descriptions for age recommendations.
Can I choose different colors? +
Yes! Most of our products are available in multiple colors. You can select your preferred color on the product page. For custom orders, you can specify any color from our extensive palette.

Custom Orders

How does the custom design process work? +
1. Submit your idea through our custom design form
2. Our team reviews and provides a quote within 24 hours
3. Once approved, we create a 3D model for your review
4. After final approval, we print and ship your creation
The entire process typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on complexity.
How much do custom orders cost? +
Custom orders start from $30 AUD for simple designs. Pricing depends on complexity, size, material, and color requirements. We provide a detailed quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Do I need to provide a 3D model? +
No! You can simply describe your idea or provide reference images. Our design team will create the 3D model for you. If you already have a 3D model file (.STL, .OBJ, .FBX), you can upload it to save time and reduce costs.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +
We offer a 30-day return policy for standard products in their original condition. Custom-made items cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a defective item.
How do I request a refund? +
Contact our customer support team via email at hello@yoa.com.au with your order number and reason for the refund. We'll process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
